There are a few shops on Etsy which I really admire for the whole package of product and shop image that they present to the world. One of these is Spinthread, run by Lorena. Lorena has managed to develop a unique style of jewellery, cleverly adapting the art of embroidery to a very current aesthetic and creating individually sewn works of art. These have qualities which I strive towards in my jewellery design – individual thought and attention given to every piece, a sense that every part of the design has been considered; the result of which are pieces that you wouldn’t see anywhere else.

I also love Lorena’s photography presentation and the circles she uses throughout. It lets the pieces speak for themselves.
